RETURNS POLICY

As with any handmade item, individual marks left by the forging process are visible and, therefore, a certain level of inconsistency between pieces exists. However, should you be unsatisfied with any aspect of my work then please get in touch.

Purchases can be returned if they are in an unused and saleable condition and you will be provided with a full refund or an exchange once we have received the item(s).  Custom products such as curtain poles cannot be returned unless faulty.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. With the exception of damaged or faulty products, the cost of returning an item is to be covered by the buyer.
